Double-entry bookkeeping gives the user a comprehensive overview of the financial affairs and management of the company. Accounting records can be kept for any number of accounting periods and easily switched between them. The program can connect to any database, where each database can contain data of a different company. This allows accounting data for any number of customers. The software comes with a pre-configured chart of accounts, chart of accounts and reconciliations (and other data).

Accounting can retrieve data from other systems (sales and billing or warehouse) or retrieve incoming electronic bank statements downloaded from the bank. It creates transfer orders for payment to suppliers that can be sent via the user interface to the relevant bank. Includes full functionality for filing VAT returns, both regular, additional or corrected.

Accounting entries can be entered for documents in any currency. A single document can contain multiple types of VAT (full deduction, reduced deduction, importation of goods, etc.). Amounts are automatically allocated to individual accounts according to the total amount and correlation entered. An accounting document can contain any number of accounts and the user can add, correct or delete them at any time. Each document is classified in one of the ledgers and it is possible to enable automatic numbering of all documents according to their type.

The user has the possibility to define his own accounting reports. For example, balance sheet or income statement and create custom print reports for printing them.

When starting a new accounting period, the chart of accounts, chart of accounts, reconciliations, configurations and more from the previous accounting period are pre-populated.
