The Invoicing (N VAT) application is designed for non-payers of VAT and enables comprehensive management of invoicing and customer records in a database manner. The user can issue invoices, advance invoices and corrective tax documents, keep a book of payables and receivables, create quotations. When working with the application, he can use detailed statistics of invoicing and individual customers, generate reports according to his own filters and many other useful functionalities for practical use. The vast majority of operations are fully automated through programmed procedures in VBA, allowing the user to comfortably manage data. Therefore, the outputs from the application can be used not only as one of the bases for keeping tax records, accounting or for processing tax returns, but also for providing statistical information during the monitored period and for managerial decisions.
