JUNO - Jednoduché účetnictví neziskových organizací

JUNO is a tool for MS Excel, for the complete management of simple accounting of non-profit organizations, including a detailed manual.

The tool is designed for non-profit organizations (associations) whose income for the last period does not exceed the legal limit. It is designed for accountant-users emphasizing simplicity of operation, high productivity of work and fast usable results.

Includes, for example, the following records and functionalities:
- Keeping a cash journal with an optional accounting outline and with immediately achievable results in the forms of balance sheet and profit and loss account, statement of assets and liabilities and income and expenditure statement, in the structure required by the tax authorities. It allows the recording and printing of cash documents directly from the cash journal.
- Invoice issue book with invoice printing, automated posting of invoices to the cash journal, tracking of receivables, overdue receivables and other functions.
- Invoice Receipt Ledger with operational printing of payment orders, automated posting of invoices to the cash journal, tracking of payables, overdue payables and other functions.
- Creation and instant, ongoing budget tracking.
- Analytical summaries and indicators, accounting and statistical reports, graphical outputs such as CashFlow.

All summary and individual data is organically linked, nothing is entered twice, everything is projected to the right places. All functionality and data is stored in a single XLSM file that can be transferred from computer to computer, or perhaps copied for other accounting entities.
