POHODA Kasa Offline

The POHODA Kasa Offline product is a supplementary program for fast retail sales via computer. Technically speaking, it is a offline sales terminal to POHODA with a single-purpose graphic environment adapted for easy and clear control from the keyboard or via touch screen, ideally with the selection of goods via barcode scanner and output to a POS printer. Where the POHODA Sales agenda is no longer sufficient, or where for various reasons it is not possible to make sales using the built-in Kasa online shop, you can deploy this program.

• operation with barcodes and customer cards via barcode reader

• user login via PIN and barcode reader
• item lookups to differentiate similar items, etc.
• adjustment of prices of sold goods, sales refunds, cancellations - all according to the rights set for individual users
• suspending a pending sale to serve another customer - with the option to return to the suspended sale at any later time
• for touchscreen sales: buttons for the most frequently sold items - for quick insertion of items into the document
• Privilege elevation system - for completing operations that only selected users with higher privileges should approve, e.g. cancelling or modifying a sale
• training mode - to try out functions when making a sale without any of the operations performed being reflected in the stock and accounting etc.
