Recorded personal data for registration on the portal

For registration, we record the following personal data compulsorily:

 

first and last name, email

Optionally (optionally) then:

 

title, date of birth, profile photo

Recorded personal data in the discussion

If entered, we record the Name in the discussion, if no nickname is entered, and optionally the email.

 

Consent to the processing of personal data

By clicking on "complete data registration" or "send a post" in the discussion, the user agrees to the processing of personal data according to the Regulation and to the terms and conditions according to Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended.

 

The above-mentioned personal data of an organizational nature must be processed for registration clearance, if it occurs between the customer and the portal. Such processing of personal data enables and is fully in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1 of the Regulation - processing is necessary within the scope of the seller's business activities.

 

Data security and archiving

All of the above data is secured on the server of an external company with a high level of security, data communication takes place using encryption and the availability of the database is limited by the server to the location of our specific office and made available only to our trained staff based on authorization. The administrator keeps personal data only to the extent and time necessary and they will be used only for necessary actions related to this.

 

Right to erasure

At the user's request (e.g. by email, in writing or by phone), personal data will be deleted from the database and will no longer be processed.

The administrator of personal data undertakes to issue its own internal regulation, ensuring that its employees who have access to the customer's personal data are properly instructed on the principles of handling personal data, on maintaining confidentiality and on internal security and organizational measures taken in accordance with the Regulation.

 

Data retention and archiving

We store data for 30 years. Google Analytics stores visitor data for 26 months.
