ACONTO Free

ACONTO Free includes the modules Records (invoicing, orders, cash register, bank statements and VAT processing), Double-entry accounting, Tax records of income and expenses.

ACONTO Free is an ideal program for sole traders and start-up companies not only because of its simplicity and functional maturity, but also because of the easy transition to higher versions of the program - ACONTO MSP and ACONTO Corporate - Recordkeeping, Double-entry bookkeeping, Tax records of income and expenses, Property records, Payroll, Warehouse, Cashier and Administrator. The modules (also for the ACONTO Free version) are permanently updated, so we recommend regular updates at www.aconto.cz

The ACONTO Free version allows the processing of up to 400 documents in two rows in each of the records and the inclusion of up to 1000 addresses in the records directory. ACONTO can also be easily operated from the keyboard, without the need for a mouse. The directory is linked to all the records from which it can be called and the information used. It allows the creation and printing of address databases, mailing labels and also the export of created address databases to the clipboard, XLS or MS Excel file for further use. Recordkeeping The ability to assign each document to any combination of CENTER, ACCOUNT, ACTION and OPERATION CODES on each line of the document allows for detailed and accurate reports to be prepared according to your needs.

Evidence Reports offers three tabs: Documents, Document Lines, and Line Summary. In the Documents tab you will find a list of documents, in the Document Lines tab you will see the document detail and in the Line Summary tab you will see a list of all document lines. Each tab also offers a number of functions (e.g. Limit, Sort, Find, Switch, Amount, VAT, New, Correction, Delete, Search, Print, Update). The format of the line can be adjusted as required using the Line Format + function, it is selectable for both on-screen display and printing. The decision to keep tax records of income and expenses or double entry accounting can be left until the end of the tax period, allowing the user to choose which option is more convenient for them.
