The Bar & Restaurant maintains complete stock, sales and customer account statuses. It is also a system that performs employee labor control, thus protecting the investment and controlling the company's expenses. This POS system not only makes the employees' work easier, but more importantly, it prevents accounting and other errors that usually make the staff the biggest drawback. This system is fully supportive of the now abolished electronic sales registration (EET). Should EET return, it is fully ready to be used again in a controlled manner. The state will not steal from you, you can choose what information goes out. Updates are free for life with us. Working with the system is designed to be as fast as possible. The system is therefore also suitable for discos and other places where there is a lot of traffic. The system is also fully prepared for use as a cash register. It is not a problem to use multiple terminals on one warehouse, or even multiple separate bars (own or shared warehouse). Data can be shared, transferred, checked in the office on the fly, etc. The system facilitates the creation of closures (so-called mirrors). Using wizards and dialogs, the closure is processed much faster than with the conventional method. The result is detailed reports (PDF) that can be printed, emailed or archived. To simplify communication with the accountant, the system supports a "small report", where only the essential information for the accountant is included. Furthermore, it is possible to output a report from the system only of the goods that have had a movement, or perhaps a purchase ticket. If necessary, it is possible to hand over a receipt to the customer - the system supports printing on cash registers and conventional printers. You have full control over the appearance and content of the receipt using templates. There is also the option of operating a wireless waiter using a portable device. There is no extra cost, the license includes up to five activations. The system can also be operated with a connected customer display, which can have two or four lines of 18 characters, or (even better) a customer screen (a classic monitor containing only customer values). To make the work more comfortable, especially for novice users, a voice navigation function has been added to the system, which informs you about the status, options, tips and other instructions while working with the system. All in real time and with up-to-date data. The voice output uses a voice synthesizer that converts text to spoken word, which is very similar to the human voice.

Since version 2.10, the system has also added the functionality of color differentiation of goods (original combination of 4 color elements on each button - even seemingly similar items can be visually distinguished this way), a brand new update tool, direct communication with user support and other features. The system now fully supports automatic VAT deduction according to the state-announced coefficient or by mathematical deduction (the coefficient was subsequently abolished).

Three sales price lists can now be used in the system. Thus, you can smoothly change the price of goods as needed. On one ticket you can have the same goods in different price ranges (for example, before and after Happy Hour, during it, or even perhaps a staff price).
