This extensive program records an unlimited number of houses and flats in them - all important data including location, equipment, heating, water and heat consumption, area, names of tenants or owners of flats... In total, there are hundreds of entries, which of course you do not need to fill in all of them, you only need to enter a fraction of them for the basic function of the program. The passports created in this way are then the basis for automatic calculations of rent or utility payments or contributions to the repair fund, etc. Each flat receives a registration sheet and a detailed annual bill, both generated on the basis of data from energy metering companies, or on the basis of the size of the flats, the number of people in them and rent regulations. The programme addresses both issues: rented and cooperative flats and privately owned flats. Non-payers are kept on special lists with the possibility of a percentage sanction of their debt according to the Civil Code. It is possible to keep photographs of individual houses in the programme.
