Restaurace

The RESTAURANT module is used to record all bills issued to guests. These bills are created continuously as guests order food or drinks. Once the bill is printed, the bill is closed and continues to be tracked in the records. This module can only be run with the warehouse management subsystem.

Its most important functions are:

• Guest order tracking (currently open accounts)
• Overview of closed accounts (accounts already paid)
• Closures
  - for individual employees
  -. subtraction of raw materials from the warehouses
• Calculation of statistics (for any period)
• Viewing statistics
  - sales of individual food and beverages overall
  - sales of food and beverages by individual workers
  - sales at individual tables etc.
• Numerators
  - food and beverage numerator (menu) - numerator of food types, guest types, tables, staff, etc.
