The "Trade and Billing" program is designed for companies that offer and sell any products or provide any services on the market. It deals with all issues related to sales and purchasing. It follows the business case from enquiry through quotation, order, issue of advance, payment of advance, delivery of goods (or services) and issue of final document to payment of the document by the customer. When creating a subsequent document, it is possible to build on the previous document. For example, an advance invoice or a final invoice can be issued to a customer based on a customer order.

Trade and invoicing records purchases and sales analogously. It also does not forget about the issue of bulk invoicing and credit notes.

The sales and billing system ensures close cooperation with the warehouse management program. Complete automatic maintenance of warehouse cards is ensured after the storage of commercial documents. Sales and Billing contains the following records:
