Compilation of a logbook based on accounting routes, regular routes, random routes. In addition to the desired period, you can select random, regular or accounted routes. You can specify the days of the week on which it is possible to charge. List specific days in the period that either must not be in the report or, regardless of the previous conditions, must be in the report. Specify the proportion of private routes, allocate individual proportions for random routes. This is free, unless you want the extra options - saving the entered data and conditions (1000Kč) or importing data from your accounting (by agreement from 1000Kč). The paid version additionally includes sorting columns, copying routes, documents, vehicles and saving data according to your own conditions. You can also define daily usage limits, mileage differentials and more for each route. Routes for which fuel vouchers are applied are especially highlighted. The book can be accompanied by a mini version for quick data input from a PDA with the possibility of transfer to a desktop computer. It is also possible to get the Income and Expenditure Register + Invoicing and Stores (also on offer on this server) for the price of an annual upgrade of 500Kč.
