EconomSys is a simple and reliable invoicing software for the Windows operating system. It allows you to issue, search and print invoices, purchase orders, advance invoices, delivery notes, warehouse receipts and dispatches, record non-cash and cash payments through to exporting to accounting systems. Issued invoices, as well as other documents, can be emailed directly from the program. Invoicing also enables automatic issuing of recurring invoices for various services, rent, parking fees, etc.

The invoicing system can be operated independently or in a computer network. The data is stored in a secure and free transactional SQL database, which is included in the installation and takes care of the integrity and reliable storage of your data. This means that even during frequent power outages or accidental shutdowns of your PC, the stored data will remain intact.
