• journey books and correspondence with tracking of document circulation and approval process
• company directory for quick addition to documents with records of contacts, products offered, requirements, rich reports and evaluation of business contacts, CRM
• GDPR compliance support - purposes of personal data processing with control of validity periods, bulk analysis of individual persons, whether there are purposes for them, why their data is processed and if necessary bulk deletion, printing of consent to personal data processing, protection of access by defining individual authorised users and their permitted functions, logging of exports and printouts

All documents are simultaneously generated for VAT recording with electronic VAT returns and control reports. For all documents issued, the possibility of printing with logo, stamp and signature, sending by e-mail in PDF.

FREE START version (demo) - full version of the system limited to only 200 records in total from journal, invoices, stock movements and payroll. After purchasing the full version, the data entered can be continued.

Version 3.34 is as per legislation for both 2022 and 2023. You can process the full year 2022 in it and also make entries up to 2023. VAT rates are adjustable at any time with projection to price lists, stock cards and work in progress.
