It is designed for entrepreneurs ("little toys") who have decided not to entrust this agenda to selected companies but try to deal with the issue themselves or with family members or friends.

The framework is built for the Windows environment in CBuilder, and requires the installation of a freely available BDE. All the essentials for installation are provided in the instructions in RFT format.
