Apsi

Apsi is a modern successor to the original program, but now in windows. It builds on the experience of its old dos predecessor , which was created in 1992, and from which it took the speed and clarity and added many features thanks to the windows environment. In addition to the implementation of general accounting procedures, the creators of the program have focused in particular on creating maximum support for the user in his "business" activities. As a complete program, APSI offers:

Cash Register Systems issuing and printing receipts, sales records and reports, automatically providing defined discounts to customers, correcting and cancelling receipts, using barcodes, etc. Printing on all types of printers - paragon, laser, inkjet, barcodes, printing on Elcom cash register (for Slovakia).
Invoicing issuing invoices, payment records and reports, automatic provision of defined discounts to customers, corrections and cancellations of documents, use of barcodes, monitoring of customer payments

Order system comprehensive system for recording customer orders and their processing. Automatic tracking of inventory required to cover orders. Automatic proposal of purchasing goods from the supplier. Automatic creation of invoice, receipt or delivery note from the order. Automatic recording of electronic (internet) customer orders.

Supplier Orders records of orders with suppliers contain a set of tools that help the user to design the purchase of goods by monitoring their turnover, minimum stock and customer requirements.

Warehouse Management records goods in warehouses (up to 999 warehouses), receipt, dispatch, consumption of goods, transfers of goods between warehouses, tracking of turnover and profits from the sale of goods, defining up to 10 different types of discounts and assigning them to individual customers or groups of customers. Direct sale of goods by receipt or invoice or delivery note system and subsequent invoicing. Supports working with foreign currencies, possibility to keep the warehouse in any currency.

Transfers between warehouses , automatic sending and receiving of transfers between warehouses, control of unsent and received transfers. Automatic resending in case of internet connectivity failure.
