ABELEC system.cz is a sophisticated and many years tested improved concept of a POS system with EET, containing a well-designed touch interface, a shop supporting EAN code readers, restaurant, tables, tables, bills, blocks, sales through EET, and sales outside EET, card and cash payments, unlimited number of stores, weighted and classic inventory, mirrors, statistics, remote sales preview, compound products, recipes and bottled drinks, plus accounting compared to other POS systems, invoicing with EET and related reports including control reporting.

Can be used in a restaurant or pizzeria, including delivery and VAT recalculation, as well as in a convenience store, newsagent, convenience store, drugstore or electrician. The previous generation of the system is also used by several large convenience stores with thousands of documents per day, of course with barcode scanners.

The system can also handle large and demanding operations. The system includes everything that has proven useful over the past two decades, supporting most existing HW, POS printers, customer displays and EAN readers or customer VIP cards.

The system is designed for Win 10, but supports Win XP as one of the few applications seamlessly and has absolutely minimal computer requirements with a pleasant user experience and a fast working system. ABELEC.cz can be run on new HW (laptops, tablets, PCs with Win10) as well as on an old machine with Win XP at maximum system speed and smooth operation. The data is mirrored, the system is designed to be completely maintenance free, which has been safely proven over decades of operation.

Backups can be made to flash or email, the system includes automatic backups 7 days back. The operation of the cash register or the ABELEC.cz touch interface can be easily handled by a student or a part-time worker or a pensioner, minimal knowledge of the subject is suitable for warehousing and accounting. Access to the system and program modules is of course differentiated by operator rights, each operation is logged. The admin (owner) has access to logs and closures, including a history of authorised accesses to the system and attempts to access it. Admin can trace any operation, time and operator. Encryption is used. After the first start, an operator with admin rights is logged in.

Instructions for setting up EET and the procedure for retrieving the EET certificate are on the ABELEC.cz website, including video tutorials. The system will place two icons on your desktop with active versions for both CASH and WAREHOUSE. The system includes rounding adjustments in the cash register for cash or card payments.
