In Kasa you can also charge using the mouse or very efficiently via the keyboard, especially with three-digit codes or by selecting from the overview (sorted alphabetically, codes, EAN), where you can also select an item by typing the initial letters. The cash register also offers a quick lock for the district operator system. Access to the Cashier-Cashier is via name and password, or by loading a magnetic card or entering the operator code. The cash register can also be in English or Russian. The cash desk offers the creation of accounts for regular customers or employees. For regular customers it offers discount cards, their registration (customer spending on discount cards). Possibility to create an account with a discount of up to 100% or increase (happy hours or night surcharge). At any time Kasa offers current sales and account balances, the possibility of viewing account history. Customers, their records in the AWIS POS system, has the ability to enter various information, spend and other reports about your customers. The checkout has the ability to track statistics not only of customer spending, but also perhaps favorite food, drink or view the last bill and photo. As well as setting up debit functions - charging to the minus, sending a welcome email, sending a bulk email. The client database is mainly used for establishments that use customer cards, their discounts, such as restaurants with food delivery, guesthouses with reception, hotels, fitness facilities or shops. The POS system also offers the function of regular backup via SMTP protocol to the web or email, or regular backup via FTP to the AWIS portal. In addition to regular backups, the AWIS portal offers a sales and stock summary, accessible directly through any view without any POS system installation.
