RK Invoicing is an accounting and record-keeping software used for invoicing and recording orders. You can also keep a record of invoices received. The software is very simple to install and use. The data is stored in a file, so no DB engine is needed.

The program can be run free of charge in a fully functional version without any restrictions. The output of the program is generated invoices and also various reports. When printing invoices, you can also use the stamp and signature printing function. If you have a virtual PDF printer installed, you can send generated stamped and signed invoices by email without the annoying scanning of the original. If you also keep records of receipts, you can view a VAT summary to complete the VAT return form. For your overview of the economics of your business, there is a report of your company's turnover - both expenses and income. After the initial setup of the program, the program is fully ready for recording orders and generating invoices.
