The application allows any user to get a transparent overview of the financial contributions for individual municipalities and cities, which they receive annually from the state as part of the state budget, from open data.

Most important functionalities:

• An overall view of the CR

The basic overview of the devolved contribution for municipalities includes a macro view of the entire CR. The macro view shows the total amount of the contribution for the CR and the amounts for special status for some municipalities.

• Summaries

Contributions can also be expressed using summaries of all municipalities in each region. For these summaries, information on how many actions on a particular agenda have been taken by municipalities of the entire region is also available.

• Municipalities

In the application, each municipality of the CR can be searched and its specific contributions, including details, can be displayed. For performance payments, it is also possible to see how many actions in a particular agenda the municipality has taken.

• Trends

For each municipality or in aggregate for all municipalities in the county, it is possible to view the trend in contributions over the last 5 years as well as the trend in population over the last 5 years. The development for the next year is automatically predicted using simplex algorithms.

Note: The app is independent of internet connection and is primarily designed for mobile. The PC version is a full conversion, but graphically and visually it is adapted to mobile viewing.
