Faktury datales

Invoice datales is a program created for issuing invoices, tax documents, quotations, etc. The program is very simple and clear. A description of the program in CHM help format is included. Created invoices are saved as plain text format in a separate file in a directory named with the year of the selected period. The program is very popular with users for its ease of use and speed of invoicing. It does not contain dials, but these are replaced by lists populated from invoices already issued. Thus, no time-consuming and complicated preparation of dials - after copying the program to the computer, it is possible to start issuing invoices immediately. Unless the user has a need to invoice a large number of items (e.g. stock items), this program is at least worth a try. The program also allows to issue Price quotations with some limitations. The procedure is described in the help. The program allows direct sending of print jobs (invoices, quotations...) by e-mail as PDF attachments.

The program is designed for Windows platform computers with Czech environment set. Selecting another language may cause illegibility of texts or even make it impossible to save/add numbers saved with a separator character for decimal numbers (a comma must be entered as a character). The settings can be verified and possibly changed in the OS Windows Control Panel.

The second limitation is the inability to store the resulting sum in decimal numbers. In the case of the Euro currency, etc., this can be a serious problem.
