The Invoicing (P VAT) application is designed for VAT payers and enables comprehensive management of invoicing and customer records. The user can issue tax documents - invoices, advance invoices and corrective tax documents, keep detailed records of customers in a database manner, create summaries of issued invoices, summaries of customers according to their own criteria, generate statistical reports containing data necessary for keeping tax records (accounting) and many other functionalities.

Documents can be automatically exported to PDF format (Excel 2007 and higher versions). The application allows invoicing in the "Transfer of tax liability" mode according to the VAT Act. The generated summaries of issued invoices also serve as one of the bases for creating VAT returns. All data entered by the user (invoices and customers) remain stored in the databases. The databases can be backed up and imported back into the application or exported for further use. The vast majority of operations are fully automated through programmed procedures in VBA and allow the user to manage the data comfortably.
