Invoice program - invoice creation and registration

Simple FREE free program based on Excel. It allows quick and easy generation of invoices for recurring items and customers.

What it actually does
The program contains two invoices - two templates (for VAT payers or non-payers), into which the desired customer and invoiced item including the amount is stretched. Is it possible to set due days ? the program calculates the required due date by itself.

The invoice can then be sent to the default printer for printing or saved to PDF at the touch of a button. It is advisable to file the issued invoice in a separate sheet for record keeping and to prevent duplicate invoice numbers. The program itself keeps track of which numbers have already been used and warns of any duplication.

To work properly, macros must be enabled after starting Excel.

Enhanced versions of the program are available in the e-store at www.kadeckovi.cz and can:

• invoice up to 15 or up to 30 items
• edit (items, prices, etc.) and reload entire invoices already issued
• assign (and freely edit) units of measure to invoiced items
• edit a note in the invoice
• option to enable VS generation from the invoice number
• switch and edit payment form options (wire transfer, cash).
