FAKT

The FAKT system represents twenty years of experience in the field of simple and double-entry accounting.

The FAKT economic system is used in a wide range of business activities due to its adaptability, yet we are always ready to satisfy unusual customer requirements by modifying the program. All versions include warehouse management, invoicing, cash register, bank, cash sales, cash journal / general ledger, trip book and many other modules. The program is ready to maintain documents in foreign currency. Up to 999 independent companies can be registered in the system and each company can have up to 99 warehouses.

Price preparation allows separate price list - one can be created for each warehouse. The FAKT system includes import of items from the Internet Shop and export of items for the Eshop.

Other built-in modules:

• 1. Cash register - direct sales with the possibility of connecting a cash drawer and cash printer.
• 2. Invoices by bank transfer order, cash, delivery notes, deposit slips, credit notes, quotations, orders (goods blocking, proforma invoices, confirmed orders).
• 3. Stock and issue invoices, small expenses (possibility of receiving goods into stock), other payments (standing orders), advances, changes in stock (initial stocks, dispatches/receipts, inventory differences, own consumption, movements between warehouses), technology cards, production.
• 4. Cash register, bank, ledger, assets, address records (customers, suppliers, others). Modules are fully interlinked - once entered, items are passed to downstream modules (quotation - order - invoice / delivery note).

The FAKT system is equipped with many other modules and support functions. Barcode support. The program allows printing of prescribed print forms (e.g. VAT return, balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash journal, invoice books, cash book, bulk bank orders, and many other reports). Also of interest is the ability to edit most of the print reports, including for printing to your forms. The system is tightly interlinked with MS Office programs (Word, Excel), allowing automatic creation of faxes, letters, quotations, orders. When working in quotation in Excel it is possible to load stock items continuously. The quotation thus modified can be transferred back to the FAKT system.
