A program that gives you a detailed overview of the costs of objects (real estate).

The purpose of the program is a detailed and accurate analysis of each cost and its breakdown per individual tenant! I.e. the owner and possibly the tenant will get an overview of all costs up to the primary document together with a justification why, in what amount of the total invoice and under what conditions the cost was charged to them.

The program works on the basis of parameters and then automatically calculates the billing of costs under given rules. This reduces calculation errors, different calculations for different tenants and disregard for time. Calculations outside standard rules are controlled and easy to follow.

The program is primarily designed for property managers who track costs (invoices) during the year, create records of incoming invoices, track reimbursements, cash flow, cost estimates and billing, media consumption and lease contracts, and most importantly, at least once a year, perform service billing for the previous year, create statistics and reports on the operation of the managed property.

The focus is primarily on non-residential premises(e.g. office space, retail parks, land, etc.)

The user environment is MS Excel since 2003.

The manual is in Czech, but the interface and communication in the program is in English, with the user (only) able to define the description of the fields in the form in another language.
