Since writer Edward Grand found a small shard of mirror in the archives and an old letter from Kai describing the terrible tragedy at Rosemount,... he has longed for nothing more than to visit the abandoned town.

Everyone believed he had left to solve the mystery of the old days and gather information for his new book, which was to be written based on the legend of the Ice Queen. However, Edward was imprisoned in the Ice Kingdom along with the other inhabitants of the city. No one knew what had happened. Only the snow-covered castle and the local spirits knew the secret.
