Program for determining the thermal resistance of building walls. Now it calculates even more layers! Enter the layer thickness in centimeters in the edit box and enter the LAMBDA thermal conductivity coefficient in the edit box below. The LAMBDA of the most used materials is listed in the combobox dropdown. Then press the OK button and perform the calculation. If the wall is made of several layers, the data of the next layer is entered and OK is pressed. The sum of the resistances and the heat transfer coefficient are read in the group "Total result of multiple layers". When recalculating the resistance from multiple layers, it is necessary to delete the original data by pressing the buttons "Clear last entries" - delete listboxes and "Reset multiple layer results". The indicator shows the total resistance and fills in red when the recommended value is reached. Remember that up to 40% of heating costs can be saved by appropriate thermal insulation. The calculation is supplemented by a guideline value for the Heat Transfer Coefficient (k).
