Scan2CAD

Scan2CAD is a tool designed to scan documents or blueprints into CAD files. It contains precise vector editing tools, ideal for any type of drawing. There are also tools that let you work with raster effects, make adjustments to raster and vector graphics, or manipulate contrast or brightness, for example. Once all the editing is done, you can export the project as a PDF, JPEG, BMP, GIF, DXF or SVG file. This tool will also save you time as it can process up to 1000 files at a time.
