Resource Localizer is a simple but effective tool for localizing resource scripts. It allows you to create or update a resource script in any language installed on your computer. It supports bulk translation of multiple occurrences of text. Includes a simple menu and dialog editor, giving the user the ability to see the translated text in context. No additional source or header files are needed to translate a resource script, just the rc file with the script in the source language, and in the target language if updated.
