Arduino Software

Arduino Software is an integrated development environment (IDE) and consists of a number of tools that come in handy when programming an Arduino. The most prominent feature is a white window with a text editor for writing code. There are also various menus, for example to select the type of Arduino, the serial line it is connected to, or a list of sample examples. A frequently used helper is also a window for displaying messages from the serial line. Support for various Arduino boards, including Arduino Uno, Nano, Mega, Esplora, Ethernet, Fio, Pro or Pro Mini, LilyPad Arduino. Universal languages for Arduino are C and C++. The IDE includes several built-in libraries such as EEPROM, Firmata, GSM, Servo, TFT and WiFi.
