Altova MobileTogether Designer is a mobile development environment for creating sophisticated mobile applications using a powerful visual and functional programming paradigm that requires no development experience. Apps are compatible with systems (Android, iOS or Windows Phone). The app design component is based on the WYSIWYG method, which means that individual parts of the app do not need to be defined by source code (like XAML in WPF), but buttons or text boxes simply drag and drop.
