QP Konvertor

The program is primarily written as a text converter from and to mailing lists. Often there are problems with posts with accents, or emails in HTML format. The diacritics are often encoded as quoted printables of the form =XX, where XX is the hexadecimal character code. Both are usually forbidden in mailing lists, but such emails still appear. This is where this program helps. It also works as a converter from various Czech encodings to Windows encodings.
