GoodSync is an interesting program that allows you to automatically compare files, even between your computer, laptop and other external drives. The program can also back up files to and from FTP, WebDAV, Windows mobile phones and PDAs.

This synchronization program can automatically detect changes, creation and modification of files in the monitored directories and respond appropriately to these changes in the concurrent directory.
