plaYUVer

plaYUVer (open source) is a video player designed for 64-bit versions of Windows. It works with raw videos directly from video cameras, supports various file formats. It also offers support for libavformat and libavcodec. It combines features capable of advanced zooming of individual frames and, most importantly, has the ability to synchronize the zooming of multiple videos simultaneously.
