Plex Media Center is a cross between a computer and a home theater, with a visually appealing user interface that provides instant access to media.

Plex can play a variety of video, audio and graphic formats without the need to install additional plug-ins.

Plex apps can also be purchased for use on iPhone, iPad and Android phones. With these apps, Plex Media Center, which is installed on a PC, can then be controlled directly from a mobile phone.

Win Vista or Win7 is required for Flash and Silverlight videos.
