PictureManager

Picture Manager is a simple opensource image and video viewer with the ability to create clips from video, tag faces, and edit keywords such as ratings, people, hierarchical keywords, comments, and geographic names.

• Multi-level grouping of images/videos, people and segments by date, folder, keyword or person.
• Filter images/videos by geographic names, keywords, people, ratings, height, width or size.
• Edit image/video metadata such as comments, geoNames, keywords, people, or ratings.
• Tag image segments and add people and keywords to them.
• Defining clips in videos and adding people or keywords to them, changing speed, volume and playback modes.
• Creating videos from selected images.
• Bulk compressing and resizing images and rotating images/videos.
• Finding duplicate images.
