RealVNC On-Demand Assist allows you to provide secure remote support to anyone, anytime. Connect securely to any desktop computer or mobile device with an internet connection, even if it's outside the corporate network, and provide timely, on-demand assistance to colleagues, employees or third parties.

And vice versa, On-Demand Assist allows you to share your screen with an IT technician, for example, so they can better assist you. During the support session, you still control the keyboard and mouse. When you close the application, the session is immediately terminated.

The process is simple, you install On-Demand Assist and then communicate a code to the RealVNC user, which then connects to your pc (the program works like similar programs AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.).
