RAC Server

Remote Administrator Control is designed to connect to a remote computer so you can work on it as if you were working on your local computer.
You can connect via Internet/Intranet with TCP/IP protocol.

You can also connect to computers without a public or fixed IP address via a VPC (Virtual Private Connection).

The connection can be mediated via an HTTP proxy server in case,
you only have permission to browse the web.

RAC Server
The server runs on a remote machine where it waits for a request from the client. Multiple users can connect to the server. The server can run as a system service under Windows for the ability to log into the system remotely.

Basic Features:

• logging events to a file
• provisioning when a connection is requested on a remote system
• installing and uninstalling the service
• install and uninstall the screen lock, keyboard and mouse driver
• sound events in case of user connection and disconnection
• sending mail messages (sample)IP and DNS filter to restrict access, for all or selected users
• automatic or manual server version update
• option to reinstall version from update
• for access to the server it is possible to use internal, system and domain accounts (example)for increased security, login with authorization key to the remote RAC server is enabled, as with bank accounts
• individual access to individual services can be set for a specific user, and screen, keyboard and mouse locking can be individually set for full control
• a special administrator account allows the user to terminate the connection of logged-in users during remote control and not allow further logins to the RAC Server
• the ability to lock user accounts
• Users can block other users from controlling the computer during remote control
• with File Transfer, which allows remote file and folder transfers, individual user access to specified folders can be set
• for the Command Prompt service, which allows you to run commands or tools on a remote system, you can set individual users to have individual access to run commands or tools
• the ability to restrict RAC Server functions
• the ability to connect all services via another RAC Server is free
• display information about connected users with the option to disconnect one or all users
• all settings and information are available even if the server is running as a system service, by running another RAC Server
• the ability to create an exception in the Windows Firewall when the RAC Server starts
  in the settings on the Exceptions tab of the Windows Firewall.
