Memory History Tool

Memory History Tool is a simple, portable tool for real-time monitoring of Microsoft Windows memory usage. Use it to find the processes that are consuming the most memory. You can view running processes, easily find unknown ones and check their folder path or export to a simple CSV format. The tool graphically shows the overall performance level.
