Low Voltage Electrical Design

Low Voltage Electrical Design is a program suitable for engineers and designers who spend a lot of time and effort designing low voltage distribution networks and cabling. The program performs advanced calculations related to the design of electronic solutions (transformer short-circuit current, voltage drop, calculations for network power supply according to international standards. Three calculators are available - each for a different purpose.

• Power Factor Correction: To improve the power factor (from the English acronym PFC = power factor correction).
• Cable design: To calculate cable cross-section and cable specifications.
• The third is used to calculate the short circuit current.

Several input parameters (e.g. voltage, current, cable material) are always required for each calculation. Low Voltage Electrical Design is in accordance with international electrical standards and codes (IEC 60502, IEC 60228, BS 5476. BS 7889, BS 5467).
