Main characteristics of the program:

• the program scans directories and finds all .avi movies in them according to the condition.
• it then adds these movies to the queue for processing in VirtualDub.
• the program requires Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 to be installed on the computer
• you can't do without VirtualDub, of course.
