The bulk converter is 100% freeware allowing you to replace the same (or similar) data in multiple files very quickly. In addition, it contains a lot of other facilitating features, e.g. it changes text in MS Office files (DOCX, XLSX, PPTX), changes encoding (ANSI, UTF8, UTF-8 without BOM, UTF-7, UTF-16 LE/BE), can import a set of replacement operations from CSV files, display a finding asking whether to change, etc. Using a special definition of the text to be replaced, you can change e.g. everything in quotes for a given attribute (e.g. title="anything can be here"), or remove lines with occurrences of the given text, etc.

The whole program is in one file and does not need installation.
