HoleChess

Unlike Japanese chess and Hostage chess, where eliminated pieces return to play by "falling from the sky" onto the board, in HoleChess any piece on the board can be "magically" swapped for any eliminated piece in the stack, with both pieces remaining on the same square. The rook has an extension in mobility. These factors accelerate the game, and unlike traditional chess, require as much intuition as logical thinking on the part of the player. Frequent piece substitutions give the game an entertaining touch.
