Utility to convert document between different English encodings in texts.

The following encodings are supported:

Stoners
Latin
Woken (cp 1250)
Koi 8
Askíí (without diacritics)

The program can be run without a parameter (then a dialog will appear to select the file (or files - it can handle more than one at a time) you want to convert) or with a parameter (file name) and then you just need to choose from which one (this is determined by analyzing a part of the text) and to which encoding you want to convert the document. It is also possible to automatically create a backup copy. It is very convenient to add this program to the context menu of text documents (TXT, HTML,...).
