A very simple application that cannot compete with professional products, but still allows you to save an image of either the whole screen or a cutout of it, even as a preview in various formats with the insertion of copyright and watermark.
If you want to create your own watermark images, they must be in the "water_mark" application folder, for example
C:Program Filesscreen-capture-water_mark
and the watermark images must be in *.png format, which you can easily create, for example, in Paint.Net with a transparent background.
Installation:
- using the self-installation package

- the program allows to install .NET Framework 2.0
- .NET Framework 2.0 if you don't have it on your PC, you can download it from this server and install it before installing the program - recommended
- the program does not create registry keys - suitable for USB drives
- after minimization, the application is controlled via the icon in the try system, which is located in the right part of the program bar next to the clock, by right-clicking in the icon area
How to use the program:
After opening the program, double-click on its icon
- choose whether you want just a small preview by checking the Thumbnails checkbox, or a preview and an image, or just a full-size image.
- In the dial, set the width of the thumbnail if you want both a thumbnail and a preview. According to this width, the height of the thumbnail and the type of format in which the image should be saved will be automatically selected. If you don't know which format to choose, leave the default setting - *.jpg format.
- if you then press the Capture screen button, you will be prompted to enter a file name to save (postfix -th will be automatically added for the preview) and clicking OK or save in the dialog will save the full screen image
- when you select Capture Area the screen area will be highlighted. Click and hold down the left mouse button where the upper left point of the image should be.
- Slowly move the mouse towards the imaginary bottom right edge of the future image
- Once you have selected the desired area of the screen, release the right mouse button.
- Enter the name of the image in the dialog box that opens and click OK.
- You will find the images in the path you selected in the dialog. Most often this is the Pictures folder in the Documents and Settings or Documents directory, and the preview will have a postfix -th so the names will look something like: IMAGE.jpg and IMAGE-th.jpg
- And when selecting a part of the screen you can save the image, as a thumbnail if-you checked the appropriate checkbox, or just as the actual size image, or the image with the preview.
- If you have checked the "Copy to Clip" button, the image will be saved only in the "Clipboard" from which you can paste it into your graphic editor, such as MSPaint, Paint .NET for further editing and save it in this editor.
Installation:
- the installer creates an exe file that, when run, uninstalls the program.
