Batch Hex Editor is a tool for editing binary data in files. This tool is able to replace, insert, delete and otherwise edit files both manually and automatically. The program also works to convert files between binary, hexadecimal and Base64 formats. It includes features such as (not delete/move/delete content, encrypt and decrypt or merge and split files).
