JProfiler

JProfiler is a special software for profiling applications written in Java language. It is capable of instantly displaying live data from the JVM. To eliminate the need for session setup, various IDE plugins can be used to profile applications directly inside the development environment. In addition to local session, it can handle live profiling of remote session.

JProfiler is ideally suited as a QA tool, both during development and for dedicated QA teams. The rich snapshot comparison functionality makes it easy to track progress. JProfiler has strong support for command line operations. This includes the ability to profile, export snapshot data, and create snapshot comparisons from the command line. JProfiler only records data when you need it. In fact, you can run an application with the JProfiler agent and later connect the JProfiler GUI. It provides a means for comparing snapshots, browsing HPROF snapshots, or tracking requests.
