Ashampoo 3D CAD Professional is a professional solution for designers, architects and civil engineers. It allows you to load and edit various other 3D object formats and save the results in an integrated object catalog.

With support for SketchUp or Collada models, many generic and branded models can now be used instantly. With a roof-mounted system, you can already set the layout, select modules from the object catalog and their placement during the setup phase. For flat roofs, you can easily determine which components will or will not be used for the PV elements during the design phase. When you're done, you can position the entire installation with just two clicks and adjust the spacing between rows of panels or rotate and re-set them - the perfect approach to pre-planning!

Additional analysis and calculation features have been added, plus convenient output templates. In addition to living space, you can now also process floor areas, walls, ceilings, facades and many other areas. Facade areas can also be easily exported to PDF, RTF or Excel files! Position lists for windows are no longer a problem.

Two powerful tools help you to mirror 3D and 2D objects and symbols over either any axis or their center points. It also works with multi-selections of the same element type.
