Active WebCam

Active WebCam can capture video at 30fps from a video device (USB and analog camera, IP camera, ...) and transmit either to the Internet or can create a video file on an FTP server. A web browser is sufficient to view the content captured by the camera - no plugin needs to be downloaded.

If the program detects that there is movement in the camera's field of view, it can trigger an alarm, email the captured images, or begin transmission.
