You may have found yourself in a situation where you wanted to display foreign language text correctly on a page in charset windows 1250 encoding without having to change the file encoding to UTF-8. This can be done with this utility, which converts, for example, Cyrillic characters to their numeric HTML form.

Installation:

• using the self-installer package
• option to create a desktop icon
• option to create a folder in the "Programs" menu
• the program allows to install .NET Framework 2.0
• .NET Framework 2.0 if you don't have it on your PC, you can download it from this server and install it before installing the program - recommended
• the program does not create registry keys - suitable for USB drives

How to use the program:

After opening the program, double-click on its icon:

• enter the text to be edited in the top editor
• press the "Go" arrow button on the toolbar
• the edited text will be output to the lower editor

Key combinations:

• Ctrl+A in the editor marks all its text
• Ctrl+C copies the marked text to the clipboard
• Ctrl+V in the next application allows pasting text to the selected location

Installation:

• the installer creates an exe file that, when run, uninstalls the program
