ZipInstaller

ZipInstaller is a tool that installs or uninstalls applications and utilities that do not provide an internal installer. This means that it automatically extracts all the files from the zip file and copies them to the destination folder you have selected. It then creates shortcuts in the Start menu and on the desktop. It also adds an uninstaller to automatically remove the software in the future.
